Steve Trang


Steve Trang is the founder of the Real Estate Disruptors movement. He started the Real Estate Disruptors podcast in the middle of 2018 to inspire wholesalers and real estate agents to double their incomes by adding a 2nd leg to their business.

Through the podcast, Steve has been able to interview the best real estate business owners throughout the country and learn what works for them. The podcast now gets 100,000 downloads per month.

A former top producing Realtor, Steve now works with investors across the country on how to best work with motivated homeowners. In addition to owning single family rentals, Steve also owns apartments and co-founded Scottsdale Community Bank.

Matthew Potter


Matthew Potter is a co-founder of The Family Tree and known as The Short Sale Guy. Through The HYSS Group (formally Help You Short Sell), he started in Real Estate in 2007 with his then business partner, Nicole Allen (now Potter). They assisted 1000’s of real estate agents to exponentially increase their incomes by utilizing a divide and conquer tactic with short sales.

With over 18,500 transactions under his belt in all 50 states, Matthew brings a focus of how to help other agents who are looking to increase their business through actionable steps.
